"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

The benefits are pretty good... would like them to be a little cheaper for employees, but most people would like that.

Very good time off plan. They give you hours towards time off every paycheck and it’s allowed to roll over every year. Also they have a point system to allow sick days which is very generous.

They offer health, dental, and vision, but you have to pay for it. They offer a decent contribution to the medical insurance, but you either have to go with a high deductible plan before they start paying or a lower deductible but they only pay a percentage. It's not full 100% coverage like some companies. Make sure to earn the wellness dollars and take advantage of the Health Savings Account. I haven't tried the 401k or pension plan yet but will look into it.
