"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

There are not any benefits. I put in for PTO and VTO, I was denied both and did not get paid for the PTO hours at the end of the season. They said that since we're closing then we couldn't get approved but that's unacceptable because we'd put in a 2-3 week advance notice for the PTO.
