I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM
Interview
I was asked to meet with a program coordinator and senior engineer. Both of them were very outgoing and genuinely interested in measuring for fit - both on their end and on my end. The conversation started by them asking what I want to get out of my job and the position. They later discussed more about what they were looking for, and wanted to ensure I was someone they could work WITH. Overall, not as scary of a process as I anticipated; however, I prepared for it diligently (just like anyone should do).

Question 1
What am I looking for and what do I want to get out of this position?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AECOM (Auckland, ) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very strict. They looked for the pretty ones who could talk well. They chose people who dressed well, were clean and tidy. They liked neat clothes. They looked at my cv, and what extra stuff i did outside of school, college, and etc.
Pretty standard interview. We talked about my resume and asked me to elaborate on my experiences. Didn't really ask technical questions. They really want people that have a passion for sustainable design solution, and really value people with strong communication skills.
