I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Ann Arbor, MI) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was amazing and the recruiter was very nice. The whole process was very smooth. Just need to know what really happened to AIG during and post financial crises. The recruiter is usually the potential manager. Just be yourself be well prepared.

Interview
One-on-one on campus interview with two different interviewers in the same day and then offered position after 2 weeks. I was told there would be a second round interview at the office, but this did not happen. First interviewer was from the Chicago office and the second interviewer was from New York. I had applied for two positions (Finance and Underwriting) and so I was interviewed for each position - Finance (New York) and Underwriting (Chicago). Each seemed to be recruiting for their respective offices. I was offered a position in the New York office. I don't know whether the interviewers collaborated in choosing candidates for each office.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied through my university career website and heard back about a month later, they had a two part interview process. The first night was a presentation and networking event which included a panel of past interns. The second day consisted of interviews with three department heads to determine fit and potential placement.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was mostly conversational to test for fit. Other than that I got asked what is one weakness.
