ALDI interview questions

Group interview first stage. Pretty stereotypical really. However absolutely no communication after the fact until 3 months later when you receive a ‘the role has been filled but we will keep you on record’ A friend completed the stages and got the job, there are at least 5 rounds all as pointless as each other

Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.
