The hiring process at ALDI takes an average of 5 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Cajero had the quickest hiring process (on average 5 days), whereas Cajero roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
Interviewing is very different. All accepted applicants show up at the same time for the interview. If the group is large, they split it. One half will have direct interview with manager first. The other group will tour the store & hear more about the specifics of the job. The sit down portion is only 5-10 minutes and where they decide if you move on or not. Very efficient for them; not so much for the applicant.

Question 1

2 interviews, first round is meeting with general manager of the store. Just asks for your availability. If it matches, you will go to second interview with district manager. Lasts around 20-30 minutes, asking general questions like values, availability, past experience.

It's a video interview where they give you questions and you answer them, there's no interviewer. They asked the typical questions like Why do you want to work for Aldi, What are your strengths, etc.
