It was pretty simple and pretty straight forward. I was staffed by a recruitment agency. Therefore they didn’t make much effort to “sell” me on the company. They didn’t talk much about your future prospects at the company. The interviewer didn’t ask much about your skills or experience just if I could work in a fast-paced setting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your experience in fast paced environments
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and within a couple hours I received an email to complete an online assessment. Within a few days I was invited to do an online video interview where I had to record myself answering a number of questions from home. About a week and a half passed and I was invited to an in-person interview at the job location. I interviewed with a manager there and within a week I received an email saying the interview went well and I would be moving forward with the process. I had to join in a conference call with 2 staffing managers and 30+ other potential new hires. They explained a fw was emails we would receive shortly about our offer letters, drug testing, and background check paperwork. I completed my drug test within 48 hours. My background check came back in about a week and I was told that I officially got the job and I can start on the start date that was given to us during the conference call.

Question 1
Explain a time in a previous role when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
There was a role play part where the interviewer pretended to be a caller calling in about her AT&T bill and you would have to pretend like you were a call center representative and assist the caller.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online on May 30th and shortly after I applied I received and email to take their pre-employment assessment, I then completed the assessment. I then received an email on May 31st to complete a video interview I received the email a little late in the evening so I completed the video interview the next day. On June 5th I received an email saying "SO FAR SO GOOD" letting me know that I was still in the running. On June 12th I received an email from the hiring coordinator to call to schedule a face to face interview which was that following Friday. The interview went well and the person I interviewed with informed me I should hear something back the next week possibly that Monday. And on that Monday I received an email saying "CONGRATULATIONS" which included me joining a group phone call to go over information for the position. I then proceeded to do the background check and drug test, and I am currently waiting for the results from both of those. My start date is July 31st
