I had applied through college campus placement process.Initial short listing was based on resume and CGPA.Next was group discussion round.30 students were short listed for interviews.First round was technical round.Puzzles,guesstimates and some questions based on technical skills mentioned in resume was asked.Second and third rounds were senior partner and HR interviews.every round was elimination round.

In-person interview. Pretty typical interview process, with the usual questions about work background. I was also asked about my ability with Excel. I was also asked about what software programs I was familiar with. I was asked to describe the work roles I had held before and what was involved in those positions.

Online application with competancy test followed by telephone interview. Once successful invitation to a half day assessment centre in London office with around 10 other applications. The assessment centre consisted of a group excercise, case study and interview, and a general intervew.
