I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Brisbane) in Jul 2014
Interview
Brief interviews before a one-day recruitment and interview day. Interviews were fairly "average" while the "Adventure" all-day event included a combination of hands-on activities, time to meet other candidates and a much more rigorous interview with management. While some of the activities were clearly more aimed at team-building etc, managers were on-hand at all times. There were online preliminary quizzes (aptitude and behavioural) but these were very simple and easy to complete.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Fortaleza, ) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online, needed to complete a situational judgement test alongside the application form. Basic situational questions such as prioritise tasks. Then received email to do a digital interview in 3 working days. But I did in the 4th day. Mostly motivation questions, 1 competency question and 1 case study. In the email it stated 6 questions, but there were actually 8.
