They do take the usual tests, and multiple interviews to assess your knowledge. But, they also try to assess if you can fit into their company culture. In the company, you are expected to do quite a bit of networking so they do assess if you are a people person or not. It's important to be knowledgeable but it is equally important to be well-dressed and confident for your interview.

The assessment centre consisted of 3 parts. 1st the individual exercise entailed reading a large amount of data and answering 5 short questions. Then the group exercise revolved around a case study, and finding solutions for two undergoing a merger. Finally a 1 on 1 interview, was split into two parts. Reflecting on the case study, and how the group cooperated, and secondly competency questions and usual questions about the company, the acg etc.
enjoyed the experience, the group was quite friendly so it made the process easier
