You will have to go through both English and aptitude tests before a phone interview is arranged. English test was easy. It consists of writing, listening and comprehension sections. It will not be a problem for those who speak English regularly. Aptitude test subjects to you yourself.
Once you pass the tests, a recruiter would contact you to arrange for a phone interview session. Basically, this is the time the recruiter want to know more about you. Do not afraid to express yourself here. No technical question was asked.
You will have to present yourself on the last interview. In this stage, there are three sessions, case study, group assessment and face-to-face interview. Again, no technical question was asked. These interviews are prepared to test your self-confidence and also your analytical skill. So, as long as you express yourself in a good way and demonstrate your analytical thinking, there is a high possibility you would pass the interviews.
