ON campus, so was all in good manner, but the results take alot of time to come and it is draining.
typically involve a 30-45 minute online session focusing on technical proficiency, project experience, and HR behavioral fit, following initial assessments.
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Bhubaneshwar) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and structured. It started with an HR round followed by a technical/functional round. Most of the questions were based on my CV, including my internship experience, academic projects, and key skills. They focused more on practical understanding rather than theoretical knowledge, so I would suggest preparing thoroughly from your resume. Be confident while explaining your roles and responsibilities mentioned in your CV.
