CV screening + 2 telephonic + 2 3-hour online (leadership and basic IQ questions) tests + 6-7 face interviews (generally at Bangkok HQ)
The interviews will be majorly on the projects you have done, a few brain teasers and a few real-life product problems/guesstimates. On the projects, be prepared to be asked in-depth questions about how did you implement, what could be an alternate approach, metrics measured, etc
I had one hr interview, 2 skype technical interviews, and one code test. and they all went well. Then i got an invitation email for an onsite interview in Thailand. I had waited for awhile to get reservation tickets from their side (more than two weeks) before i got a message telling me that they are sorry for stopping the interview process because they already hired about 300 persons in one moth !! It was a shame to waste my time and effort!
