Agoda interview questions

First Round - Video Interview: Conducted online. Behavioral and situational questions. Evaluates communication skills and initial fit for the role. Second Round - Interviews with Associate Director/Director: Two separate interviews scheduled in parallel. Continuation to the second interview is contingent upon successful completion of the first. Case-based format focusing on problem-solving, understanding of business scenarios, and metrics analysis. Take-Home Case Study: Data analysis, data visualization, and minor coding tasks. 48 hours to complete. Detailed instructions provided once the test is sent.
