Interview
HR reaches out to you and shares an aptitude test. Passing this test will put you through to the next rounds. Total of 5 rounds - first 2 are elimination based with Principal PMs. Next 3 are setup together so you will have the chance to have 3 interviews once you pass the 2nd interview.
3rd round was with senior director and 4th/5th were with Directors.
HR was very helpful and shared feedback from all interviewers.

Questions: 1) How would you sell airline ancillaries 2) You have setup a new ecomm platform, how would you determine the optimal delivery experience given there are amazon type competitors in the market
3) How would you ensure that new hotels onboarded to Agoda grow (given that they might be deprioritised in the search rankings) 4) How would you improve the adoption of add breakfast feature while booking hotels 5) how would you improve revenue/user/month on Uber

Interview

Question 1
You are a product manager that is responsible for outbound/ inbound service communications in a hotel booking app in India. What are the key metrics that you would observe? How will you improve the app?
They make you do those quantitative questions similar to GMAT/SATs, if you score a high score then you'll be connected with a HR person. The HR question will ask you the usual questions to confirm your resume and experience. After that you'll have an interview straight with the Hiring Manager. The hiring manager will go straight to product case question and no behavioural questions.

Product case were mostly Product execution, estimation and strategy such as launching a new product, market sizing, and north star metrics.
