Interview
The interview process began with a phone call. It was followed by a Zoom interview with a different interviewer, and finally followed by a phone call with two different interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process is terribly flawed, I went through all rounds of their interview process and still was rejected. All of the questions are "tell me about a time..." and it is frowned upon to use the same "story". But what happens if during all 7 interviews they ask similar or the same questions . It is really a BIG joke, don't do it to yourself, save yourself the huge disappointment, Amazon isn't the only company....there are tons reputable tech companies. Plot twist, I actually was made an offer at GOOGLE, their interview process is similar, but doesn't feel like your trying to fit into a clique of pompous EA's that just went through the process themselves not to long ago. Don't say I didn't warn you

Interview
The process started off great but ended on a sour note. The last interviewer was hostal and combative. I followed up regularly but didn't hear back a month after the fact they sent me an automated form letter rejection.
