Amazon Operations & Distribution is a 24/7 environment. Our HR team is required to be flexible to support work hours that are not traditional. That could include rotating an early day shift to a swing shift and also nights and weekends on occasion. Are you able to commit to this requirement?

Recruiter engaged followed by an hour long phone interview. Formal interview with multiple managers and then job offer. Process was very streamlined and took about three weeks from the time the recruiter made contact.

Postulé por su portal, me contactaron vía telefónica desde Alemania aunque la posición era en España. Realicé la entrevista online con la plataforma que te graba, dos semanas después me contactaron para decirme que la posición había sido llenada, pero que había otra posición en otra ciudad de España. Llegué a la entrevista online con la supervisora del cargo y quedó muy contenta con mi perfil, me dijo que quería saber mi información salarial, me dijo que estaba dentro de lo esperado para el cargo y a la semana me llegó un correo automático que no me podían dar feedback y que habían seleccionado a otro candidato. Hubo muy poca comunicación y mucho tiempo de espera.
