Interview process consisted of two one hour long phone interviews. The first one for me was very dry and impersonal and consisted mostly of tech knowledge questions. The second was a little more personal and was focused more on situational questions. I was then offered to have an on site interview. This lasted almost 5 hours and included five 45 minute sessions with different members of management team. All situational questions including a lot of repeated questions from team members. I'm generally not one who likes to talk about myself so this process was grueling.

Interview process was quite long. The fact that their recruitment didn't read through salary expectations is a very big flaw in dragging people along for the process. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, each round they had asked what my expected salary was.

went through 2 phone screen technical interview. Received Invite for onsite interview went for about 5 hrs with 5 different team member including hiring manager. lots of question about scenario basis and expect you to answer specific and different situation answer expected if you already answer same question from other team. Pretty easy. Friendly environment. Sounds like they are going though process asked from HR.

50% on subject relate to : Tell me about difficult situation/time management/unexpected situation specifically. lots of question on this about 10 questions. 30% technical question relate to Linux, scripting, Mac support and Networking relate to Cisco IOS 20% your self and Why Amazon. Tell me about yourself? Why Amazon? What you do on this situation (Website design of Amazon relate to quick and reliable service) What you have done different on last few years? Have you deal with difficult customer. what you think its difficult and how you handle? Any conflict with manager, why?
