Interview
Well I was already employed at Amazon, and I applied for the area manager position. Because I applied during peak period I had to wait until early January continue forward with the application. Early January I was contact to take a virtual job training. Two days later I was informed that I passed and I was contacted several times to pick the area I preferred to work at and to schedule a interview. Being a Amazon associate I had several mock interval and a question bank for all the leadership principles. I had two virtual interview back to back and 2 day later received an email with feedback.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
