interview day : 7am met with GM Assistant. Had several other candidate for the same role. An assocaite gave us a 30 mins tour of the facility. It was a great experience. GMA took us to a conferance room. 3 different interview. 45 mins each. One with Operations Manager, Sr Operations Manager and then HR Manager. All asked questions that related to Amazon leadership principles. After the interview GMA will walk you out. Wait 5 business days to hear back from the recruiter. Amazon recruiter will coordinate conf call with all applicant and give you tools to be sucessful during the interview. My recomendations is that you attend these calls and ask questions. Recruiter take notes if you ask questions. This shows your interest.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
