Its not to say the questions are harder, or that in person interviews are harder than phone screens. The bar is simply higher and you're speaking with more people.
Additionally there is generally at least one very experienced interviewer on the loop who's called a "bar raiser". Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
