I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied online. About 1 month latter received a phone call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was behavioral based with one math problem. The math problem was about having 30 workers, 2 indirect managers they could make xx uph, worked 8hr shifts 5 days a week with 2 15 min breaks. How many units total for 1 week? I then received an email to come back for an on site interview. I am doing this next week so I will update my review then.

Question 1
Wasn't expecting the math problem but it was straight forward and simple to work through,
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
