Amazon Ops mgr interview questions

Way too long. Drawn out, asking the same questions in a different way for 5 hours. The questions are very generic and aren’t very applicable to the new job. The feedback takes about 3 days to get back.

You are required to complete some modules before you are scheduled for an interview. The interview is back to back on the same day. They also provide a Q&A session to answer any questions you may have as the interviewers are not allowed to provide immediate feedback. The hiring coordinator was extremely responsive and helpful.
