I was contacted on LI, set up a call with them and then was move to speak with a recruiter. After that, I did 4, 55 minute interviews with individuals. I thought of examples for each Leadership Principle and tried to answer as best I could in the STAR format. The interviewers were all very nice and I thought it went extremely well. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer, but it was a good expereince all round.
