Amazon Recruiter interview questions

Two phone screens and virtual on-site with 4 people - 1 hour each. All recruiters or managers. Intros at beginning of each session, then they ask behavioral questions. You can ask questions at end. The last interview was more functional.

Very short, not many questions because it was determined right away that I didn't fit the job description. The in-house on contracted recruiter tried to upsell me to refer candidates to them for a referral fee.
