so it consist of almost 5 steps very long dragged out interview with unrealistic questions and if you are a nervous person you will flunk and feel unprepared even if you studied what they are looking for. you can be the best applicant and be overlooked due to nerves and that is really sad that one is not given the opportunity if you don't have great answers to in my opinion ridiculous questions that was way out of the norm. so im sure amazon has prob missed out on the best workers due to this process even the time you take to do personality test work simulation test then interview after interview just to be told no is literally insane. so I dodged a bullet if this is the way things work I don't want to be a part of it. very saddened by this process and my dream turning into a dislike.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you turned down more resources to complete an assignment
Was reached out by a sourcer regarding a position. Had a 30 min conversation with him and he was quite pleasant to speak with. Was moved to the next round to speak with individuals on the team and that is where it ended for me. One was fine and engaging, the other individual had an air of cockiness to him and I caught him yawning a couple times during the interview. Could tell in the first 5 minutes that this was not a team I wanted to be a part of. If you're a good Recruiter, your Spidey senses will go off if there is something not right.
