Overall straightforward interview process that if prepared for, is simple and effective. STAR based behavioral questions relating to the Amazon leadership principles. Met with 5 interviewers, 2 LPs per person, around 3-4 questions per interviewer.

Was told that the leadership principles would be key and to dedicate a lot of time to learning them and preparing examples related to them. I spent hours doing this and nailed the questions in the interview but was stilled turned down. The leadership principles don't actually matter so I wouldn't spend more than 15 minutes going over them.
