There were multiple levels and sizes of panels, some panels were of four to five people from various departments, and several written assignments. It was a lengthy and involved process. Lots of prep and time was needed.

Very positive experience overall. The panel of two was lovely, Professional and down to earth. I was mostly asked about my previous experience working in human rights and monitoring human rights developments.
