The organization suddenly contacted me for an interview after a long period of silence. And the interview was set in the right next day after I received an email invitation.

The job duration is of 4 months but if I am fine with it.
Productive, respectful and comfortable. The interviewer utilized a conversational approach and was open to learning more about me. Not formulaic at all, but they did have a skill-set in mind and would as pointed questions to determine my fit for the role.
