Group interview followed by 1:1 with team leader. Very informal. Interviewer actually wore flip flops and kicked them off, walking barefoot after that. Interviewer emailed each interviewer an application when we'd all arrived asking us to fill it out. Initial information was directed at making sure we all understood the job. Very much goal oriented. First 2 weeks orientation. One does not become a full-time employee until 6 mos. is completed. You will be asked to maintain a quota. Interviewer stated that everyone has bad weeks and they would work with an employee to address problems. However, if you can't make the quota on a consistent basis, you will not advance to full-time.
