Aon Analyst interview questions

Two rounds of interview: - first round with HR was very typical, discussed past experiences, and salary expectations - then after 2 months, met with two members from the hiring team. interview mostly focused on behavioural questions that centred on some real-workplace situations and how you would go about it. Overall had a good experience with the interview.

Interview Process took about a month for me to know if I got the job or not. Overall, it was one of the decent interview process I had even though it was challenging with pre-take video interviews and interviews with the team members.
