Aon Analyst interview questions

Video Interview, there was around 7 questions mostly behavioural ones asking about teamwork and leadership, there were 2 mins to prepare and 2 -3 minutes to answer and you could re-do it once.

Quite a straight forward interview process. First interview was an introductory phone call with HR and then a technical interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. The final interview was more like a fit interview with the head of the department and another member of senior management.
