Ein mussten Online Assesments absolviert werden, dann gab es ein Vorstellungsgespräch, in dem eine Case Study dran kam, die Online Test Ergebnisse besprochen wurden und situative Fragen zu bisherigem Arbeitsverhalten gestellt wurden. Anschließend folgte ein weiteres Gespräch.

1-2 rounds with HR followed with 2-3 rounds with management. The process is fast if the company identifies the candidate a good fit.
Questions focus on work experience, trouble shooting complex issues and behavioural feedback.
