Phone screen: Asked to explain why I was interested in joining Apple. Background and experience review ( I had been advised earlier to not underestimate the phone calls).
Did my best to respond confidently and communicate effectively.

Most of the questions were behavioral, with a few situational ones thrown in. I was asked about challenges I’ve faced, how I work cross-functionally, and moments where I’ve had to influence without authority.

Was a long, inefficient and unproductive process which spanned over 3 months and were asked the same questions more numbers than I can count. You’ll repeatedly be asked about yourself and asked the same questions by half if not more of the panelists and I’d advise you to avoid this process which is essentially wasting your time and theirs
