Should you ever attend a job interview here, expect to arrive on time and find that the interview team arrive in a breathless rush 10 minutes after you. . You may then be asked to sit in a canteen on the RHS of the reception for 35 mins whilst the interview team run around trying to find a room to conduct the interview. You will then find your being interviewed by a nervous personnel manager, an assistant together with a service engineer, not the people you were previously advised would be meeting you. The interview will completely deviate from the plan that your employment agent was given and the requirement for you to deliver a presentation will be ignored. The interview will open with the age old question " tell me about yourself?" indication a total lack of preparation or initiative on the part of the interviewer.
Finally, having followed the advice that Becton D had presented to your employment agent, you answer the questions in detail. This proves irritating to the interview team as they are running out of time, due to the fact they arrived late and wasted 35 minutes finding a room. Then you are finally told you are talking too much and you will not be offered the job. You are then unceremoniously escorted out of the door.
This is a bit disappointing if you have driven 130 miles starting at 5am in the morning and now face the return trip.
I have never in my life experienced anything quite as shambolic and totally unprofessional. I feel I had a lucky escape in being refused the job.
The above is a true and accurate account of my experience as far as my memory serves, it is written to perhaps warn others as to how this supposedly “ professional” company disregards and disrespects its potential employees.
