Interview
The recruiter was really nice and helpful. After the first interview (was on a Monday) they said we should hear back by the end of that week. I never did so I reached out to the recruiter. They called me and mentioned that I had clicked yes on the need for sponsorship because I’m on an F-1 visa. I told her that I have the OPT STEM, and that I would be good for 3 years. She mentioned they don’t sponsor past those three years. I told her I was okay with it and she sent me the details for the second round of interviews (which were on a Friday) were 2 back to back 30 minute interviews, one with a manager and one with a partner. Both were very conversational, no tricky questions, and overall a great experience. They said we would hear back within then next two weeks. I heard back by the next Wednesday that they were offering me the position!

Interview
So far there have been two rounds of interviews and they have all gotten back to me in at least 1-2 days up to a week at most. Also, there was no tension during the interviews and they give you chance to learn a bit about what the company is all about.
