Baker Tilly interview questions

Received an email for a phone interview pretty quickly post application. Took about 5 days to get an email from the recruiter. Waiting on status of phone interview to see if I move forward with the next two interviews. So far the process is faster than other companies but may also be dependent on the job.

I applied online, Company didn't notify me about the status of my application when I asked. A month later the position is now closed and my application status is still Under Consideration.
