Barclays Analyst interview questions

Interview process take 3-4 week approx. Two round of interview. Interview experience was good. Cleared all round then hr come for salary discussion, after discussing 3-4 week i got reply that my salary was not approved and when i ask reason they dont have budgt for that. They are offering me 10 percentage hike on current package. Very unprofessional Hr policy If you dont have budgt they you should not waste candidate time and effort. You can denied on entry level. After spending 2 month i received nothing.
