It was pretty straightforward. First round was aptitude plus coding. Aptitude consisted of your quants,verbal and logical reasoning.Aptitude test was of 1 hr.Then half hour for coding which consist of 2 questions.Questions were based on pure logic and of easy level. around 100 shortlisted from Apti from near 350 students.Then they took technical round followed by HR round.I still cant believe why they rejected me after having nearly 1 hr of tech and shortest Hr round that can be taken by HR manager.

Applied through LinkedIn around midnight and got the call the next working day from HR.
Arranged for an interview the following day, Barclays HR is so proactive and efficient. Everything was done in just 2 working days. Had my first and second interview back to back for almost 2hours.

Good level of information provided before interview on competencies and skills that would be assessed. Two interviews with two Directors. Competency criteria provided beforehand. Relaxed first interview and rushed second interview.
