They asked questions, I answered . We’re very specific with customer care based questions and my reactions to difficult situations. You have to be prepared for any type of questions and have thoroughly thought out responses.

They were soooo nice! I’m really praying I get the job ; they interview was a good experience and like I said they were really nice ; it was thru Webex so still virtual but that’s ok
