didnt appear yet in progresses so preparing. its difficult process so need to prepare the bestThe reason why I want to work here is that I can see myself growing professionally in this position. You probably noticed from my resume that every job I’ve had since graduating has been related to writing, be it in journalism, marketing, or advertising. I believe I can apply all the skills I’ve acquired so far to the role
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Barclays
Interview
First round was a 1 hr knowledge based technical interview. Questions like what is the difference between a thread and a process. Whats the diff between override and overload in java. Second round was 2 hour long technical interview. This consists of more knowledge based questions and 3 easy, commonly seen leetcode questions. Third round interview was on soft skills. Interview seems to go well then they ghost you for 3 months with no further reply or communications from their end. Very unprofessional conduct from the hiring team. A complete waste of time with no feedback given. Will not recommend applying to Barclays engineering.
