Simple process, as an intern, I got a first round interview with the analysts who just asked simple corporate finance questions and the had a second round with associates and VPs

face to face interview, relaxed hall with the interviewer telling not to be nervous, better to have your game face so has to not get distracted by interviewers. overall its a good environment however its in the middle of an expensive enivironment
