Barclays Intern interview questions

I first had to complete the online application form and tests. The interview process comprised of 1 phone interview with a representative from HR. Following that, I had an assessment centre comprising of 3 interviews with various teams and a group exercise and a short summary of our discussion. The interviews were completely competency based, and a few questions about the current financial landscape.

The process was very quick, you apply directly through their website. Everything was well structured. After you send an online application form with basic information about yourself and your cv, you are invited to do an online assessment within a week of receiving the e-mail. You can practice as much as you want to, there are many practice tests. You get immediate results after you finish the test.
