Teams Interview after an online test. It was the usual questions that you can prepare for by looking on youtube for Customer Service Interview. Interviewer was fair and approachable. Was more like a chat

Online assessment, to a short, unscheduled phone interview, to a video interview. The process was smooth and efficient, but the screening stage was disorganised and unclear, leading to a fair amount of stress.

When have you followed clear guidelines to solve an issue?
Really good and smooth process. Throughly enjoyed the interviews management is good. I was recruited via an agency and then was progressed internally at Barclays and the staff were lovely and interview was fairly easy for a junior level role.
