Very slow process with no clarity. Had 3 rounds of interview in March 2021 - 1st HR round, 2nd Technical round of 1 hour which was good and relevant questions were asked, 3rd round Technical and Interpersonal skills which was also challenging. Got response in a week through automated email that the position has been closed (I didn't get in). Then I got a call on 14 June that previously the position was closed as there was some approval issue and the position was still open. I had another round of interview on 24 June for interpersonal skills which went well. I got a call from HR and she asked me to share my documents for processing offer letter, I shared the same on 29 June. Since then I haven't heard from them (today is 20 Aug), initially I was calling HR every other day and she was convincing me that approvals are taking time but then I stopped and never heard back from them. This was a very unprofessional experience for me as they had me waiting for one and a half month in false hopes and I had left job search mid way in expectation of an offer letter for an interview which I cracked after 4 rounds. Disappointing and demotivating.

I applied in April, one assessment and next round in May with a VP and after My final round in june with four interviewers continuously, one particular interviewer from india is more focused on showing his skills and kept asking position irrelevant questions, then the reposted the job while keeping me on hold for 40 days and rejected me
