Applied to the insight program and got fast tracked to AC. Started with application, Hackerrank followed by ACs, two back to back interviews that are one hour each, mostly competency questions. eg why Barclays why tech dev.
Longwinded on line. Felt very impersonal and cold. Not an issue for some. But there was no personality. Lady was nice enough, answered questions. It was FTC - so might be why. Advised chance of staying after but didn’t really seem like a possibility at all.
Not really a positive or negative review. Just didnt leave me wanting to work there unless just a check.

Question 1
A moment that I went above and beyond for a customer
It started with an online assessment that included a series of math-related questions followed by a coding problem. The assessment was fairly challenging and tested both analytical and problem-solving skills under time pressure. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it past that section, but it gave me a good sense of the technical expectations for the role and areas I can focus on improving for next time.
