Barclays Operational Analyst interview questions

The interview process at Barclays was conducted in three stages. The first stage was an online aptitude test that included basic-level questions. Candidates who cleared this round were invited for the Personal Interview (PI), which was divided into two parts. In the first part, the questions focused on the candidate's internships, hobbies, and key highlights from their college experience. The second part included behavioral questions, mainly centered around challenges faced during internships, how those situations were handled, and what the candidate expects from the company.
