Barclays Sales Associate interview questions

Easier than I thought. Barely only said my name and showed college certificate. I was thoroughly prepared but they just didn't even made me any questions. Very strange, but effective

Went through agency pareto law. The interview was an assessment/sales pitch. Spent time doing group tasks, which required the participant to get involved. Finally there was a pitch as to why you want to work there and why they should hire you.
