Don't waste your time and do not apply to work with them if you are looking for friendly and serious people. Apply to smaller organizations that have less politicians and more real devs. I was able to nail the coding questions despite the fact that one of them required memorization which professional devs usually don't or shouldn't be expected to and the part is not relevant in real life or everyday problems.
