There are two technical rounds followed by one programming and a deep technical interview. After completing the interview screening round to check our thought process and risk management. Be prepare well for all the core concepts and be confident to answer the question during the interview.

Interview
Their process is divided into theoretical and practical in addition to behavioral.
As for the technical it includes both theory questions and the white board kind of questions.
Unfortunately, like other companies with old school recruitment process, they are super picky and they reject people over irrelevant things to the job and real life situations. As a matter of fact it depends on if they like you or not and the whole process is nothing more than a way to find an excuse to get rid of someone if they don't like them for personal reasons.
This is specially true for Prague since discrimination in Prague is quiet popular problem.
Overall, a total waste of time rejecting candidates with solid experience over things that are irrelevant and questions that are setup for fail.
Don't waste your time and do not apply to work with them if you are looking for friendly and serious people. Apply to smaller organizations that have less politicians and more real devs.
I was able to nail the coding questions despite the fact that one of them required memorization which professional devs usually don't or shouldn't be expected to and the part is not relevant in real life or everyday problems.
