BlackRock Internship interview questions

2 rounds, first through student agency screening cv, then got the itv with teams. Normally you dont know exact team you will work with. After got offer expected the 1 month background check

Applied online and completed the HireVue video interview with 2 behavioral questions like “Why BlackRock?” and “Tell me about a challenge.” Each had prep and answer time. Didn’t progress past this stage. The process was smooth and automated, but I didn’t receive any personalized feedback after rejection.
